Do you often suffer with tummy ache or digestion issues? Then I’ve got you covered with this short class on yoga for digestion. I actually shot this whilst I was suffering myself, so I know it can help, if even just a little to ease any tummy ache.

Unfortunately, my stomach seems to my achilles heel (!). Every time there’s a tummy bug going round, I tend to get it. It drives me crazy. But at least I know there’s yoga to help now.

Mindfulness

When you do this yoga for digestion class, take it easy. Don’t over-do it. Instead be mindful throughout. The important thing is to relax into each pose and breathe gently. And most of all, enjoy it.
