Last week when I posted my first short yoga class, I was a little embarrassed to be honest. There was, like, zero personality in the video and I was dead serious lol. Believe me, I’m not usually like that. I think I was just a bit nervous in front of the camera. The video I’m sharing with you today was shot the same day and so I was still a bit like a zombie doing yoga lol. But, like I said before, I am learning and my videos can only get better!
You might notice I’m not quite in focus either… not that that’s a problem lol. But it’s something I’m working on improving.
Short yoga class
Today, it’s another short yoga class (just under 15 minutes) for anyone wanting a quick yoga workout they can do any time of the day. As usual, my free online classes are aimed at fellow authors / bloggers as well as anyone else who spends far too much time at a computer (that’s probably the majority of the western population).
Remember that every yoga move should be practised mindfully. If you experience any pain, stop. Don’t push through it. There should be no pain in yoga to start with. In my style of yoga, transitioning is important too, so please do it with care.
